When and where is the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM at Frost Chapel at Berry College, 2277 Martha Berry Hwy, Mt. Berry, GA 30149. Reception to follow at the Oak Hill Pavilion, 1594 Veterans Memorial Hwy NE, Rome, GA

What should I wear?

Our dress code is garden formal — indoor event styled like an elegant garden party.

Women: Floor-length/midi dresses or a dressy jumpsuit in soft fabrics (chiffon, silk, lace). Florals, pastels, botanical tones welcome. Heels are fine since it's indoors. Avoid white/ivory (bride only).
Men: Suit or sport coat + dress trousers in lighter fabrics/colors (linen, tan, navy, gray, sage). Tie optional.
Overall: Elegant and romantic, black-tie-optional vibe — no jeans, shorts, or overly casual wear.

Are children allowed?

Yes, but please be sure to RSVP for them so we can account for meals and seating.

Is the venue smoke-free?

Yes, our venue is smoke-free, including vaping. We appreciate your cooperation in stepping off the campus if you need to smoke.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

The ceremony itself will be alcohol free. Once we move to the reception, we'll have an open bar for celebrating!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are noted directly on your invitation. If your invitation includes "and guest" or your guest's name, you're welcome to bring them — otherwise, we kindly ask for an intimate celebration with just those named.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at The Hawthorn.

How do I get around?

Shuttle transportation will run continuously between the hotel and venues from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM — no need to arrange your own ride.

If you'd prefer to drive, parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations. Please note the reception venue is about a 10-minute drive from the ceremony, so plan accordingly if you're driving yourself between the two.
